The Cobham RHD series provides spacecraft designers with a complete set of building blocks to support rapid and affordable implementation for RadHard Analog Circuit applications on space programs.

RadHard-by-Design

All components in the RHD series utilize a consistent and proven set of design and layout techniques to achieve superior radiation performance characteristics. The products are fabricated with a CMOS process and are inherently ELDRS-free and neutron displacement damage immune up to 1014 n/cm2. The development approach to the RHD series leverages higher complexity, mixed-signal products that have proven radiation performance as well as flight heritage.

The functional variety, high performance, low power, and radiation hardness of the RHD series provides spacecraft designers a highly effective set of new tools for spacecraft communications, sensor integration, and signal processing.
