Aeroflex Plainview's facility offers family of RadTol Analog Multiplexer Modules in a full temp military range at 150K-300K. They are offered in 32-, 64- and 48-channels. IBIS models are available. The Aeroflex's new Mini Muxes are in development!
NOTE: Aeroflex Plainview does not currently have a DSCC certified Radiation Hardness Assurance Program.
Standard Features: RadTol ACT8500 Series Analog Multiplexers- 300 krads(Si)Total Dose
- No latch-up or SEE to 120MeV/cm2
- All input channels protected with TVS diodes
- Packaged in 96-lead hermetic ceramic quad flatpack
