RadHard Mux

Aeroflex Plainview's facility offers family of RadHard Analog Multiplexer Modules in a full temp military range at 150K-300K. They are offered in 32-, 64- and 48-channels. IBIS models are available. The ACT8510/8511/8512/8513/8518 products have recently been added to the family.

NOTE: Aeroflex Plainview does not currently have a DSCC certified Radiation Hardness Assurance Program.

Standard Features: RadHard ACT8500 Series Analog Multiplexers
  • RadHard to 300 krads(Si)Total Dose
  • No latch-up or SEE to 120MeV/cm2
  • All input channels protected with TVS diodes
  • Packaged in 96-lead hermetic ceramic quad flatpack
  • Full military operating temperature range of 55oC to +125oC
  • Screened in accordance with MIL-PRF-38534, Class K

  • 64-channels provided by six (6) HS-1840RH Multiplexers
    • 32 Kelvin measurement channels
